Robert Half Marketing & Communications Coordinator in King of Prussia (or REMOTE), Pennsylvania
A mission driven client is looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support the marketing team during a period of rapid growth. This position will work collaboratively in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and strategies that increase brand awareness and market share, drive customer acquisition across all products and services, and promote customer retention.
The ideal candidate for this job will be:
An excellent communicator and writer with good logical, presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
3+ years of professional marketing communications experience is required
Bachelor’s in education, marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.
Must have a passion for K-12 literacy education and its impact on students, teachers, administrators and districts and communities, nationwide.
A natural storyteller; Able to produce and edit original content, including email campaigns, event campaign plans, infographics, press releases, and other sales and development related content.
Collaborate on the development of strategic stories, special projects, and content marketing approaches to deliver news, results, research and new products to prospects and current customers.
Ensure the timely delivery of content to external audiences via newsletter, website, social media channels, etc.
Support development and maintenance of an evolving editorial calendar.
Deliver engaging, SEO-rich content for inbound marketing channels.
Assist with ongoing PR strategy with consistent outreach to media outlets and contacts, pitching pertinent stories, and working to publish press releases and op eds.
Cultivate and curate user-generated content through social media, web, and media outlets.
Maintenance of sales tools/collateral.
Ability to communicate effectively; Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills for all types of marketing materials.
Ability to gather and analyze marketing campaign metrics to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in Office365 and email marketing platforms (MailChimp, Pardot).
Social media management and/or marketing automation experience. Expertise in multiple social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Familiarity with Salesforce Social Studio a plus.
Comfortable learning new software as required by the position.
Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.
Self-starting; ability to seek out needs and information without directives.
This position will be based at the client's headquarters in Blue Bell, PA. 100% Remote candidates will also be considered.
