PA Insurance Defense Litigation Associate (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
Handle insurance defense cases from pre-trial through the trial process.
Demonstrate proficiency in the civil litigation process.
Utilize excellent writing and research skills to support cases effectively.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor / Juris Doctorate (J.D. / JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing.
3-5 +years of experience in insurance defense, with a focus on medical malpractice, healthcare, personal injury, or professional liability.
Active PA license required; NJ license preferred.
Strong preference for candidates with a background in biology or a keen interest in medicine and pharmaceuticals.
Details and Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $130,000+ commensurate with experience.
Eligibility for an end-of-year performance-based bonus, prorated for the first year.
