Description
We are looking for a dedicated Billing Clerk to join our team in King of Prussia, PA. This role involves maintaining accurate records, processing billings, and ensuring timely closure of accounts every month. The position offers an opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with three days in-office and the rest remotely.
Responsibilities:
• Process and prepare bills accurately and in a timely manner
• Leverage Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data
• Maintain accurate customer billing records and ensure all data is up to date
• Handle customer inquiries related to their bills and resolve any discrepancies
• Work closely with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure smooth operations
• Perform month-end close procedures efficiently
• Utilize analytical skills to identify and rectify any billing errors
• Support the team in training activities and other tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing processes.
Requirements • Possess proficiency in billing processes and procedures
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience with month-end close procedures
• Ability to maintain accurate and organized records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of general accounting principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• High level of integrity and reliability
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in data entry and management.
