Description

If that sounds like you, Robert Half has a Desktop Support Technician role with a company in the IT Software industry that may be the position for you. We especially want to hear from motivated candidates with effective problem-solving abilities. Located in the King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, area, this Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term contract / temporary in nature.
What you get to do every day:
Support records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
Keep up, explore, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
Meet regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
Match hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors
Administer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
Rectify computer problems, and suggest appropriate action/solutions
Requirements
Microsoft Office 365 experience
Command of ServiceNow ITSM
Desktop support or related experience
Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
