Robert Half Management Resources is hiring a Revenue Cycle Manager for an ongoing opportunity. The Revenue Cycle Manager will be interfacing directly with clients, manage the staff on client engagements and review all work complete prior to Practice Director and Principal review

* Skills/Qualifications of Revenue Cycle Manager*

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Health Policy Administration. Master's degree is a plus.
  2. 7-10 years of proven staff and financial management expertise within a healthcare environment. Previous consulting experience desirable.
  3. Extensive experience with healthcare revenue cycle and business operations is required.
  4. Systems experience with one of the major system vendors, i.e.Meditech, SMS or HBOC is a plus.
  5. Experience in billing outsourcing engagement management.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple client consulting engagements.
  8. Ability to analyze customer and industry needs and requirements, and ability to utilize all resources to research issues, affect solutions, and generate new business.
  9. Proven ability to manage and develop staff.
