Robert Half Senior Litigation Attorney in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Description We are seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team located in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. This role involves working in the legal industry, specifically in the area of commercial litigation. The successful candidate will contribute to our team by conducting legal research, representing clients in court, and managing complex caseloads.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive legal research and prepare high-quality motions and pleadings

• Maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients

• Advocate for clients during court hearings, depositions, and trials

• Manage a diverse set of cases involving commercial disputes such as breach of contract and unfair competition

• Draw on transactional experience to provide robust advocacy in litigation related to mergers and acquisitions

• Protect clients' intellectual property rights against misappropriation

• Communicate effectively with clients through various channels

• Utilize skills in civil litigation, defense litigation, and legal research to resolve complex legal challenges

• Foster client relationships and navigate complex legal issues with a client-focused demeanor

• Ensure courtroom readiness and efficient resolution of disputes to avoid unnecessary costs for clients. Requirements • Must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Active member of the Bar Association in good standing

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Litigation, specifically Civil Litigation and Defense Litigation

• Proficiency in Commercial Litigation and Complex Business Litigation

• Demonstrated experience in Litigation - Filing and Court Filings

• Familiarity with Civil Court, Court Hearings, Federal Courts, and State Courts

• Skilled in Legal Writing and Legal Research

• Experience in drafting and reviewing Partnership Agreements and Shareholder Agreements

• Proven track record in Client Relations and Client Advocacy

• Must have Bar Admission

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High ethical standards and professional integrity

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
