Robert Half HR Sourcer in Kingston, Massachusetts
Robert Half's Client in Kingston is looking for a sourcing recruiter to join their busy team. This is a newly created role and is open due to growth. Your main responsibilities would be to collect prospect employee candidates information and input that information into Salesforce or Excel. When needed, you will also have to schedule phone screens for the recruiters and other administrative duties as needed. They are looking for a candidate who is tech savvy, can work independently, and is proactive with asking questions.
Hours: Flexable! 25+ hours a week (needs to fall between 8:30-4:30pm) (Mothers hours work)
Duration: Temporary until they find a new recruiter
Preplacement: Phone screen
