Description Our fast-growing technology company is currently seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to maintain the efficient and secure day-to-day operation of the company's technology infrastructure. We are looking for a experienced troubleshooter deeply grounded in M365 and next-generation Microsoft tools, who won't take a lot of front line phone calls, but will do more escalations and project work, really more strategic and tactical things to manage infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a 2k person footprint in Microsoft 365 (M365); ensure all systems, IT infrastructures, and networks are running smoothly and securely. Act as level 2 (L2) support for troubleshooting complex technical issues raised by users; provide reliable and efficient solutions in a timely manner. Collaborate with different teams to escalate and resolve higher-level issues that may arise, taking necessary steps to avoid future occurrences. Lead and coordinate IT project implementations, ensuring all project requirements and deadlines are met. Oversee regular analysis, inspection, and update of current IT systems to ensure optimized performance. Contribute to strategic and tactical planning and execution for the upgrade and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is preferred Proven experience as IT Support Engineer or similar role. Strong knowledge and practical experience with M365 (all-encompassing Microsoft tools including but not limited to Intune, MS Teams, etc.) Certifications in M365 or any other relevant Microsoft tools will be highly advantageous. In-depth understanding of IT systems and best practices. Exceptional problem-solving skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
