Robert Half Quality Assurance Specialist in Kirkland, Washington
Description
We are looking for a Quality Specialist based in Kirkland, Washington. The role is focused on managing administrative tasks related to Quality Management. This is a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be working in a dynamic environment and using your skills in Customer Service, Data Entry, Document Control, Quality Assurance, and Communication. You'll partner closely with the Operations team to review various documents and make appropriate corrections to ensure all documents are accurate .
Responsibilities include:
• Handling administrative tasks related to the Operations Management department.
• Accurately entering and verifying data to ensure all documents are correct.
• Communicating with team leads and supervisors to gather necessary information.
• Distributing revised documents for review and sign off to appropriate parties.
• Ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining and updating records as necessary.
• Working closely with team members to correct any inaccuracies.
• Ensuring all internal emails are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Taking appropriate action to monitor customer accounts.
• Using strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various parties within the organization.
Requirements
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Demonstrated ability to perform Data Entry tasks
• Proficient in using Computer Data Entry systems
• Experience in Document Control processes
• Knowledge and experience in Quality Assurance practices in relation to documentation
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with industry's regulations and standards
• Proven track record of maintaining high-quality standards
