Description
Well respected company is expanding and seeking a Deputy General Counsel with 8+ yeas experience to join its legal team. This attorney will report to the General Counsel and will be responsible for:
reviewing and revising commercial contracts and construction contracts, including experience in Florida CCNA and CMARs;
acquisitions of real estate from start to finish, including review and resolution of title matters;
reviewing and negotiating governmental contracts and procurement on the local government and/state agency level; and
research and writing.

Requirements
Qualifications:
ABA-approved law school.
Licensed to practice in the State of Florida.
Certified in city, county, and local government law preferred.
8+ years' experience in a law firm, government practice, or a combination of in-house and law firm experience in the areas of government, land use, zoning, environmental issues, and/or construction management.
