Description
We are seeking a talented individual for the role of Application Development Project Manager/Lead, based in Kissimmee, Florida. This role is integral to our team, focusing on leading and driving efforts related to our WorkDay replacement project. This role necessitates coordination across various Enterprise Technology work streams, with an emphasis on critical timelines and deliverables.
Responsibilities:
• Leading and driving efforts related to the WorkDay replacement project
• Partnering with leaders responsible for the delivery of various technical integrations
• Planning and estimating new initiatives, transitioning existing technology project responsibilities
• Providing heavy strategy/roadmapping/requirements gathering with Business and Tech teams before the project kicks off
• Handling experience in backend systems, considering local candidates
• Demonstrating experience with HR Systems such as WorkDay/ SAP Success Factors, etc.
• Managing timelines, coordination, replacement, workday, requirements gathering, HR System, SAP SuccessFactors HCM, Backend System, local candidates
• Demonstrating planning, digital, integration, deliverable, onsite, timeline, coordination, replacement, and workday skills.
• Resolving customer credit inquiries and monitoring customer credit accounts
• Taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments
Requirements • Demonstrated ability in project planning and timeline management
• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies relevant to application development
• Strong background in systems integration and backend system management
• Experience in overseeing deliverables and coordinating with onsite teams
• Knowledge of Workday and SAP SuccessFactors HCM
• Proficiency in requirements gathering for application development
• Experience with HR system management
• Familiarity with coordinating and managing replacements in a project team
• Preference will be given to local candidates
