Expanding client in the Greater Philadelphia Area is looking to hire a full-time HR Manager with manufacturing experience. In this HR Manager role, you will lead daily functions of the human resources department which will include overseeing the company’s hiring process, employee relations, compliance, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate for this HR Manager role must have strong HRIS experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
· HR Administration
· Manage the recruitment process
· Implement HR strategies and initiatives
· New hire onboarding and orientation
· Labor law compliance
· Training and development
· Performance Management
· Assist with workplace investigations
· Provide reports to management as needed
· Ensure workplace privacy, health, and safety
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business
· PHR, SPHR, SPHR-CP or SPHR-SCP preferred
· 3 to 5 years human resources experience
· Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
· Knowledge of labor, health, and safety laws
· Strong organizational skills
· Local travel required
