Description

**The firm is hiring all levels of attorneys with 3+ years of experience including counsel and partners!
Associate will handle:
Defending mid-sized to Fortune 500 clients on discrimination, wrongful termination and other employment claims made by employees.
Litigation covering state and federal courts.
Discovery, law and motion, and growth into more responsibility!

Associate onsite target: 3-4 days/week post-training period
Associate Attorney Billable hour target: 1900/year
Requirements
3+ years of civil litigation experience (will teach on practice area)
Stable attorney work history
Local to San Diego (can commute to La Jolla area)
Licensed in California
JD from ABA-approved law school
