Robert Half International Inventory Control Clerk in La Mirada, California


We are actively seeking Inventory Control Clerks to start immediately for a well-known company in La Mirada. The Inventory Control Clerk will be assisting in the warehouse with auditing of inventory within the facility as it is set to depart for delivery. The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for the following:

-Research warehouse outs and all slot audit labels daily and take necessary corrective action

-Review and coordinate daily perpetual inventory adjustments

-Perform daily and weekly inventory counts

-Assist Accounting department with billing errors caused by inventory variances

-Reconcile returns and make necessary adjustments

-Prepare returns for pick up, verify items

-Proper handling of damaged merchandise

-Coordinate with buying and warehouse personnel on short coded product, shipped memos, etc. on a daily basis to ensure correct shipping, billing

-Prepare distress reports


To be considered, the Inventory Control Clerk must possess the following in order to be considered:

-2-4 years of warehouse and inventory experience

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Ability to understand and interpret reports

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Ability to stand for multiple hours during the day

-Must be able to work a flexible schedule or unusual hours as needed
