Robert Half Customer Service Manager in Ladera Ranch, California

Description We are offering a contract to hire for a Customer Service Manager based in Ladera Ranch, California. The successful candidate will be overseeing all aspects of our call center, providing support to the field, and ensuring our team of Call Center Agents deliver top-tier customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the performance and productivity of the Call Center team, guiding them to meet and surpass sales and service performance levels

• Participate in hiring key staff members, providing support and direction for their onboarding, training, and system setup

• Play a crucial role in the development and implementation of a sales strategy for the Call Center, establishing sales goals and ensuring their achievement

• Determine effective staffing levels and workflows to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining optimal productivity

• Manage Call Center systems and software, constantly reviewing and improving internal processes for efficiency

• Integrate multiple systems to extract data and evaluate performance

• Manage the Call Center Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

• Foster internal satisfaction between the sites and the Call Center

• Establish performance goals at both the team and individual levels, developing a reporting structure to measure and communicate progress

Skills:

• Proficiency in CRM and ERP Solutions, IBM AS/400, and Management Systems

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and About Time

• Experience with Billing Functions and Cash Handling

• Ability to handle customer complaints effectively Requirements • Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager role or similar managerial position

• Proficiency in using CRM and ERP Solutions for customer management and business process coordination

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 computing system for business operations

• Ability to leverage Management Systems for effective team coordination and task allocation

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting

• Experience with About Time software for efficient time and attendance tracking

• Ability to handle Billing Functions and Cash Activity in a customer service setting

• Experience in Cash Handling and ensuring financial transactions are accurately processed

• Strong skills in Complaint Handling to effectively resolve customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.
