Robert Half Sales Operations Manager in Lafayette, California
Description • Create customer meeting presentations and customer communications
• Develop weekly and monthly reports and provide actionable insights on opportunities and risks
• Manage and track sales call action items in a timely manner
• Handle product launch executional details with customers, including retail sample submissions, completing new item set up forms, creating sales sheets and other sales communication pieces
• Own new vendor and new item set up process and maintenance in customer portals
• Manage field sales requests for samples/collateral for prospective and existing customers
• Lead communication between sales and supply chain for deliverables for product launches / promotional needs
• Manage and organize account files, distribution lists, and sales databases
• Manage other tasks that may be assigned by the sales team occasionally. Requirements
7+ years of experience in Sales Operations in a product-related environment
start-up mentality and out-of-the-box thinking
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a related industry
strong relationship-building skills
strong client-facing ability
deadline driven
