Our client seeks a personable tax professional skilled in strategic planning, prepared to collaborate with leadership beyond traditional accounting roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategies for income tax returns of high net worth individuals within the firm and manage fiduciary returns for the family office as needed.
Formulate plans and complete quarterly income tax estimates and annual extensions for individuals.
Conduct research on tax-related issues and address tax notices.
Support tax managers with special projects as required.
Collaborate with the tax team on advanced modeling and tax planning initiatives.
Assist in coordinating tax engagements with external providers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
CPA certification preferred
3-6+ years of Tax experience, ideally from a Big 10 firm
Background in serving Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) or High Net Worth (HNW) clients
Strong understanding of flow-through entities
Demonstrated professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
Enjoy being hands-on and have a curious mindset
