Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in Lafayette, Tennessee. The role is in the financial services industry and involves using various computer programs and CRM systems. You will be handling customer inquiries, managing records, and ensuring smooth operations in our firm.
Responsibilities
• Efficiently process and manage customer applications using ADP - Financial Services
• Utilize IBM AS/400 and other computer programs to maintain accurate customer credit records
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues, ensuring excellent communication at all times
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on account status
• Use CRM systems for tracking customer interactions and data
• Leverage your skills in 'About Time' management system for effective time management
• Handle answering inbound calls, ensuring prompt and helpful responses
• Perform billing functions as necessary, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Use your excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Ensure the proper use and management of various software tools and platforms in executing tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services.
• Familiarity with various Computer Programs.
• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of IBM AS/400.
• Ability to utilize Management Systems effectively.
• Familiarity with About Time software.
• Ability to provide accurate and timely answers to queries.
• Experience in Answering Inbound Calls.
• Understanding of Billing Functions.
• Excellent Communication skills.
