Description
Specific Responsibilities
BBC Reporting and all treasury functions including cash management
Manage accounting close process including preparation of calendar, journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
Preparing and consolidating financial statements
Establishing and maintaining internal controls
Managing all aspects of the general ledger including analyzing and reporting any variances.
Providing monthly, quarterly, and year-end analyses
Preparing all supporting documentation for 10k & 10Q for both the footnote and MD& A section
Create and manage the budget process. BVA as needed
Researching accounting issues for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
Managing external audits
Managing and creating accounting policies and procedures that improve the timeliness, efficiency, and accuracy of financial data
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure significant information is well understood and financial data flows to the general ledger properly
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Required Experience and Qualifications
Manufacturing Industry Experience
Borrowing Base experience (preferably with asset-based lenders)
Produce Financials statements and assist with budgeting
