Robert Half Accounts Payable Analyst in Lake Elmo, Minnesota
Description
We are in search of an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our client's team in Lake Elmo, Minnesota. This role is positioned within the Manufacturing industry and offers a contract to hire employment opportunity. As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be tasked with handling customer invoices, rectifying account discrepancies, and processing checks. Your role will also involve maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring efficient invoice processing.
Responsibilities:
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) tasks, ensuring all financial data is up-to-date
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts
• Process customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all details are correct
• Perform check runs to maintain the smooth flow of operations
• Identify and rectify account discrepancies to ensure accurate record-keeping
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
• Ensure the efficient processing of invoices, maintaining attention to detail throughout
• Work collaboratively with the team to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Experience with Check Runs
• Knowledge in handling Customer Invoices
• Ability to identify and resolve Account Discrepancies
• Familiarity with Invoice Processing
• Experience in the Manufacturing industry is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
