Robert Half Payroll Administrator in Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey
A busy company in the Lake Hiawatha area is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join their team. This Payroll Administrator will have the opportunity to join a growing company that loves to promote within. This Payroll Administrator will be responsible for all payroll related tasks such as collecting and reviewing employee information, calculating wages, preparing employee payments, and maintaining accurate payroll records. The ideal Payroll Administrator will have experience with union payroll, ADP Workforce Now, and have the ability to process a high volume of employees bi-monthly. The other responsibilities of this Payroll Administrator will include:
Collect timesheet date and payroll information
Enter data into payroll database
Calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, commissions, etc.
Prepare paychecks and cash deposits
Maintain accurate payroll records
Answer all payroll inquiries
Prepare periodic payroll reports for management

Bachelor’s in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field a plus
3+ years of payroll experience required
ADP Workforce Now experience required
Union payroll required
