Description We are in search of a Programmer Analyst based in Houston, Texas, United States. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the telecom industry. The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for writing clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages, collaborating with internal teams to produce software design and architecture, and providing technical support as needed.

Responsibilities: • Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages • Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture • Test and deploy applications and systems • Revise, update, refactor, and debug code • Improve existing software applications and develop new ones • Provide technical support as needed • Implement best practices, standards, and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies • Ensure solutions are scalable and meet overall business requirements • Perform technical design reviews and code reviews • Follow, update, and establish new software development processes. Requirements • Proficient in C++ programming language

• Proficient in Database management

• Experience with DB2 Database

• Experience in EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with IBM systems

• Knowledge of AB Testing techniques

• Proficient in ASP.NET

• Familiarity with COBOL - All Versions

• Ability to do Coding
