Description
This open Bookkeeper position from Robert Half is designed for a determined and team-oriented individual. The ideal candidate for this Bookkeeper position would be highly-skilled in A/P, A/R, General ledger, and financial reporting. Major responsibilities
Support accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Outline Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
Monitor accounts by balancing entries
Uphold quality historical records by filing documents
Supervise bookkeeping policies and procedures, along with developing a framework to track financial transactions with an established chart of accounts
Oversee and manage general ledger
Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Requirements
Prior experience using accounting software
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
Solid understanding of Microsoft Excel
