Robert Half is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for a great company in Lakeland.

Entering garnishment, deductions & taxes
Recruitment & onboarding
Assisting with benefits
Employee relations
The ideal candidate for this role will have 4+ years of HR and payroll experience in their background. This position requires a candidate with great communication skills, strong attention to detail and will be comfortable working in a fast paced, business casual environment. A Bachelor's degree and any HR certificates would be preferred.
This is a permanent role that will pay up to $80,000 depending upon experience. Please apply to Jane Gearhart if interested!
Requirements
• Proven experience in human resources or related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now for HR-related tasks and procedures
• Excellent understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. ADP Workforce Now) will be a plus
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a result-driven approach
• BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
• HR certifications (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute) will be a plus.
