Description

Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations, the Director of Human Resources will provide strategic workforce guidance to the leadership team and lead a tactical HR team in an effort to positively impact all phases of the employee experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Manages the HR Team and oversees all human resources offerings for the breadth of the employee lifecycle 2. Partners with executive leadership to develop and deliver strategic workforce initiatives 3. Oversees recruitment, onboarding, promotion and off-boarding events 4. Oversees and administers to the HRIS platform 5. Oversees HR compliance and reporting for a multi-state workforce 6. Provides guidance to managers on performance evaluations, performance improvement plans and corrective action 7. Partners with company finance leadership to develop and administer to compensation, benefits and total rewards plans and programming 8. Develops and implements effective succession plans including management and development and employee career pathways to support and sustain company growth 9. Cultivates relationships and collaborates with stakeholders to elevate the employee experience through detail oriented development and engagement programs 10. Partners with all levels of management to assess needs and recommend workforce solutions to drive business objectives
