Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator in Lakeville, Minnesota. The Marketing Coordinator will be instrumental in supporting our marketing team's administrative functions, project coordination, and assisting with the execution of various marketing initiatives. This role is crucial in enhancing our brand awareness and driving sales in the industry.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate marketing materials including product literature, signage, promotional items for sales events and tradeshows.
• Maintain and organize marketing materials inventory including brochures and promotional items.
• Collaborate with internal team members and external contacts to complete marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and update the email database and contribute to newsletters and other email communications.
• Gather campaign data to create performance reports and insights.
• Update branded collateral across print, digital media, social media, tradeshows, and direct mail ensuring brand standards are met.
• Assist in creating marketing collateral using design tools such as Adobe Suite and Canva.
• Support website administration duties such as setting up new accounts, answering login-related inquiries, adding new products, and updating existing product and marketing materials.
• Research product information to highlight product details in website content and marketing campaigns. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Proven experience in B2B Marketing
• Strong project management skills
• Experience in executing marketing campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
