Our client is seeking a Payroll Processor to join their team initially on a temporary basis, however the candidate selected will be in strong consideration for the role permanently within the first few months. As a payroll processor you will:
Assist with all areas of payroll processing and reporting.
Enter and/or import time from various systems, audit and balance payroll for processing.
Void check or issue stop payments in accordance with Payroll policy and procedures.
Support onboarding and benefits.

Prior Payroll Processing experience is required. Preferably 2-4 years of experience.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
Planning and organization skills are required as you will manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Strong attention to detail, analysis, problem solving and account reconciliation is required.
Knowledge of FLSA, IRS Laws and Requirements.
