Robert Half Office Manager in Lakewood, Colorado

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Lakewood, Colorado. This role is within the financial services industry and will involve managing office operations, using various software systems, and handling accounting functions.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth running of the workplace.

• Utilize accounting software systems and CRM for efficient management of office tasks.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) ensuring accurate processing.

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

• Use Dentrix Dental Software and About Time for scheduling and time management.

• Answer inbound calls, providing excellent customer service and office support.

• Conduct regular checks of customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Maintain accurate customer records and process customer credit applications.

• Use ADP - Financial Services and Concur for financial reporting and expense management.

• Perform other accounting functions as needed to support the financial health of the organization. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with 'ADP - Financial Services'

• Knowledge of 'Concur' software

• Familiarity with CRM systems

• Experience with 'Dentrix Dental Software'

• Proficiency in 'About Time' software

• Strong understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Comfortable with Answering Inbound Calls

• Ability to manage office operations efficiently and effectively

• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• High level of professionalism and strong work ethic

• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage staff

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
