Description
As a Regional Sales Director, you’ll lead sales and growth for our client in the Lakewood, NJ area. You’ll drive new business, build strong client relationships, and manage a portfolio of key accounts. The role demands industry knowledge, a strategic sales mindset, and the ability to execute and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to hit sales goals, pursue new business, and manage key customer accounts.
Build lasting relationships with restaurant owners, chefs, and contractors. Provide expert advice, product recommendations, and post-sale support.
Stay ahead of industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify new opportunities for growth.
Manage lead pipelines, negotiate deals, and deliver tailored proposals.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless sales and service execution.
Frequent travel within the region to meet clients, attend events, and manage territory.
Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years in sales, with 3+ years in commercial restaurant equipment or foodservice.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong relationship-building skills with clients in the restaurant or hospitality sectors.
