Description We are offering a unique opportunity for a Billing Clerk in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. This role primarily involves working with billing processes and Microsoft Excel. As a Billing Clerk, you will be expected to handle billing procedures, prepare automated invoices, and utilize your excel skills for various tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Execute billing procedures in a timely and accurate manner • Prepare automated invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Leverage Microsoft Excel skills to manage and manipulate billing data • Resolve any billing-related inquiries from customers or internal stakeholders • Monitor and update customer credit records as necessary • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in the billing process • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity • Provide excellent customer service when dealing with customer inquiries or issues • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to maintain compliance in all tasks.

• Proficient in Billing procedures and systems

• Must have strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other related software

• Excellent numerical and analytical skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; further education in Finance or Accounting will be considered a plus

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to billing and accounting

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
