Description We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting candidates, coordinating with hiring managers, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding processes. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various service positions.
• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Handle the coordination of interview schedules and conduct interviews.
• Assist with the administration of benefits and workers’ compensation claims.
• Address and assist with employee relations issues.
• Facilitate onboarding processes including e-verify, clearances, and orientations.
• Utilize your skills in Benefit Functions, Executive Recruiting, Case Management, and Human Resources (HR) Administration to effectively perform your role. Requirements
• Experience in Recruiting, sourcing and engaging high-level talent
• Demonstrated ability in Case Management, resolving employee issues effectively
• Background in Human Resources (HR) Administration,
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
