Are you a Project Manager/ Sr. Consultant? We need experienced candidates like you! You could work onsite as a Senior Project Manager in the Lancaster, Pennsylvania area by joining our local client's existing team. One requirement for this position is to be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. The eventual hire will manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. The chosen candidate will need to ensure that changes are delivered to the expectations of stakeholders. Your responsibilities

  • Coordinates schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

  • Watches and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

  • Directs project planning

  • Assists the Product Owner/Product Manager to guarantee that the product vision and high-level business objectives are obvious and possible

  • Registers and controls the sprint planning and grooming meetings and trails ticket assignments

  • Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused

  • Congregates details from QA leads, technical leads, and business analysts into a proposal

  • Confirm that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

  • Engages and communicates with designers, technical team members, developers, and stakeholders

  • In partnership with the Product Owner/Product Manager, you will facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

  • Help the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

  • Coordinates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

  • Help out with classifying, identifying, and managing risk for functional improvement requests

  • Delivers detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status

  • Confirms the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

  • Work in close collaboration with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager

  • Gives a hand to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

  • Provides project outlines with fitting ticket workflows and boards

  • Works as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively

  • Commands deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner

Requirements

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Show the ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

  • Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well

  • SAP experience desired

  • Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience

  • This position will be the best fit for a candidate with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

  • If you can demonstrate that you are familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies, this position is for you

  • Proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

  • Project management skills, strong operational abilities, and demonstrated leadership and supervisory qualifications
