How you will make an impact

  • Confirms the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

  • Confirms project with suitable ticket workflows and boards

  • Steers project planning

  • Fosters help to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

  • Plans and governs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and traces ticket assignments

  • Work in close partnership with the Business Analyst, QA Manager, Product Specialist, and Product Owner/Product Manager

  • Engages and communicates with designers, technical team members, developers, and stakeholders

  • Affirm that the functional requirements are achievable, met, and tracked

  • Creates detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status

  • Betters to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

  • Works together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

  • Facilitates the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

  • Work together to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

  • Sets schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

  • Works as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively

  • Executes deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner

  • Administers the daily stand-ups, securing they are brief, timely, and focused

  • Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable

  • Gathers information from technical leads, QA leads and business analysts into recommendations

  • Develops and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner Requirements - Comfortable managing complex cross-functional and technology projects

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels of the organization

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

    • Knowledge of leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects

    • Knowledge of utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people

    • 7+ years of project management experience

    • Skilled in technical applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application

    • Knowledge of Agile delivery teams, projects and programs
