Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the service industry, located in LANSING, Michigan. The role entails comprehensive management of accounting and financial tasks, including handling accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing. The successful applicant will be adept in using various accounting software systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage accounts payable and receivable to maintain accurate financial records
• Carry out bank reconciliations to verify the company's financial transactions
• Oversee billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Utilize UKG Pro and other tools for the management of payroll for 101-500 employees
• Process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring all employees receive accurate pay on time
• Use accounting software systems effectively for financial management and reporting
• Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of financial data
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial data processing standards.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Demonstrated experience in Accounting Functions
• Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proficient in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations
• Ability to manage Billing Functions

• Proven track record as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
