Jeff Abrams with Robert Half is thrilled to partner with an exceptional company in the search for a Portfolio Accountant to join their distinguished team. The Portfolio Accountant position is a critical role which supports and furthers the objectives of the entire team.
Position Overview: This individual will display a high degree of professionalism, attention to detail, sensitivity to deadlines and be able to handle highly sensitive information with complete confidentiality. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must as is the desire and ability to identify, recommend and lead improvements. Candidate must work well individually as well as part of a team, be flexible and willing to accept new challenges.
Requirements
Keys
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance
· Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
· Advent APX, Sage AccPac experience helpful
· Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and Outlook
· Strong working knowledge of accounting principles
· Solid reconciliation and analysis skills
· Investment accounting a plus
