Robert Half Full Charge Bookkeeper in Las Vegas, California

Description

Robert Half is assisting an established service provider in their search for a Full Charge Bookkeeper.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions.

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.

  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries on a regular basis.

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

  • Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.

  • Work closely with external auditors during financial audits.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

  • Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
