Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our client's team in the medical device industry, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. In this role, you will be a crucial point of contact for their clients, which include hospitals, orthopedic surgeons, podiatrists, durable medical equipment shops, and urgent care facilities. The role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity with excellent benefits and a great commission structure when achieving goals.
Responsibilities:
• Handle both outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries and questions promptly and professionally.
• Ensure clients are aware they have a designated representative for purchases, questions, or inquiries.
• Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, who are primarily clinics, physicians, and businesses.
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action.
• Manage a high volume of calls while maintaining customer-centric service.
• Utilize skills such as Customer Service, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Inbound Outbound Calls, Outbound Sales, and Outbound Marketing to effectively perform duties.
Requirements • Proven experience in Customer Service, preferably within the Medical Devices industry
• Demonstrated skills in B2B Sales and Inside Sales
• Proficiency in handling Inbound and Outbound calls
• Experience in Outbound Sales and Outbound Marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
