Robert Half is partnering with a growing Las Vegas based organization for an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Clerk. This role is crucial in their operations, encompassing tasks such as vendor reconciliations, maintaining accounts payable and receivable, managing billing procedures, and other related duties. The successful candidate will be adept at using tools such as Microsoft Excel and accounting software systems and will have the skills to handle data entry and invoice processing efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

• Carry out account reconciliation tasks to match the balances in an entity's accounting records.

• Handle billing procedures, ensuring the accurate and timely issuance of invoices to clients.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various data analysis and reporting tasks.

• Operate QuickBooks for managing and processing financial information.

• Enter data accurately and efficiently, ensuring it's correctly updated in the system.

• Manage invoice processing, checking all invoices for accuracy before they are sent out.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, updating them as necessary.

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience with full-cycle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processing

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
