Description

We are looking to hire 4 Benefits Specialists who will manage and oversee the administration and maintenance of our Employee Benefits Program centered around the benefits platform, Empyrean. This job will cover all shifts in a 24/7 operation to ensure a smooth open enrollment for our employees.

Responsibilities:

· Serve as a primary contact for employee benefits-related questions or concerns.

· Manage employee benefits program and ensure accurate data entry and execution in the benefits platform, Empyrean.

· Efficiently manage and supervise all aspects of open enrollment in terms of benefits selection for employees.

· Perform audits of employee benefits accounts, rectify discrepancies, and ensure accuracy of benefit data across all systems.

· Oversee compliance of benefits programs with local, state, and federal regulations.

· Coordinate with other Benefit Specialists to cover all shifts in a 24/7 operation.

· Provide appropriate training and guidance for employees regarding the organization's benefits programs and open enrollment procedures.

· Develop strategies and introduce improvements to the benefits program as needed.

· Provide regular updates to management regarding benefits statistics and issues.

Requirements

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.

· Experience in HR, specifically handling benefits and familiar with Empyrean benefits platform.

· Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in both English and Spanish is highly preferred.

· Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations on benefits.

· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data.

· Able to effectively manage time and priorities, even in a 24/7 shift setup.

· Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills.

· A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
