Description

Adam Wood with Robert Half Finance and Accounting is assisting a rapidly growing (HYPER GROWTH) financial technology (FINTECH) company with their search for an entrepreneurial and consultative Finance Manager to support the CFO in a wide range of corporate finance initiatives. The Finance Manager will be a key asset in the future growth of the company, and lead the Company’s financial quarterly forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects. The Finance Manager will provide financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing board presentations, financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, acquisition analysis and other projects. The Finance Manager will act as the analytical engine of the company to provide insights and support ‘optimal’ business decision making. The Finance Manager will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Finance Manager's primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: (i) Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures; (ii) Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance; (iii) Oversee the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools; (iv) Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis; (v) Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports; (vi) Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI; (vii) Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives; and (viii) Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
