Robert Half Guest Services Coordinator in Las Vegas, Nevada

Description We are inviting applications for the role of Guest Services Coordinator within the hospitality industry, based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to internal and external guests, coordinating various aspects of guest services, and assisting in planning their vacation activities. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Track and manage daily attendance and training attendance.

• Regularly set and update various sales rotations.

• Manage the check-in process for guests for their sales presentation and assign appropriate team members with accurate coding.

• Handle all incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate employees.

• Assist with premiums for all departments and reconcile them nightly.

• Issue all Taxi/Uber/Parking reimbursements to internal and external guests.

• Coordinate with the Transportation Team to pick up and drop off guests and collateral coming to and from multiple locations.

• Take inventory and stock all kitchen supplies.

• Ensure the café and refreshment areas are cleaned and stocked at all times.

• Utilize basic office skills in carrying out all responsibilities effectively. Requirements • Applicants must possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Experience in a guest services role is highly desirable.

• Candidates should have basic office skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask are required.

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations is necessary.

• Applicants must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Knowledge of the local area and attractions would be beneficial.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is necessary.

• Fluency in a second language would be an advantage.

• Candidates should have a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle complaints effectively and efficiently.
