Could start as soon as April 20th.
Your responsibilities in this role:
Understand concepts related to networks, servers, PCs, proprietary systems, etc.
The chosen candidate will need to facilitate user account management. That means onboarding, change and departure processes
Understand and utilize ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) and how they are used in a corporate environment
Meet and exceed SLA standards: Close tickets in ServiceNow in a timely manner, while upholding customer service standards
Troubleshoot end user issues: Provide root-cause analysis on various web and mobile applications

Applicants should have technical skills related to application, operating system and other service related problems
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
3+ years' of experience supporting desktop/server operating systems and technologies
Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills, bilingual in spanish is a plus
It is preferred for applicants to have a combination of superior customer service skills and technical aptitude
MS Windows 10 experience
Microsoft Office 365 experience
Microsoft Teams experience is desired
Proficiency in Active Directory
Demonstrated knowledge of printers
