Robert Half HR Coord/Sr. HR Coordinator in Las Vegas, Nevada
Media company is seeking a part-time, contract to hire HR Coordinator to join their Team ASAP. The position is approximately 25 hours per week (must work Tuesdays)
The HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the HRBP, HR team, and overall coordination of administrative HR and payroll related activities.
Payroll liaison between company & contingency payroll
Be a liaison between our Office, Talent, Technology and HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding/offboarding process
Maintain HRIS system by making updates to salary, job title, reporting lines and other changes as directed by the HRBP
Perform HR research as assigned by and in partnership with the HRBP
Be the first line of communication between employees and the HR department by answering questions related to leave of absences, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and other HR related matters
Handbook review/development and mandatory compliance trainings
3+ years of HR Administration experience
Prior payroll experience is a plus; not required
Attention to Detail; Sense of urgency; Strong follow up skills, takes initiative to provide update
