An industry leading and growing company is looking to add a Human Resources Benefits Analyst to their growing team. As a Human Resources Analyst, you will play a key role in the continued growth of the company. Your responsibilities as a Human Resources Analyst, will consist of, but will not be limited to the following:
Provides analytical and data support in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS/Payroll and benefit systems by troubleshooting, gathering data requirements, designing test plans, and conducting user acceptance.
Proactively audits HRIS/benefit data and workflows to ensure data integrity, assisting in mapping out process improvement opportunities, and driving simple to moderate complex scope projects.
Audits benefit enrollments vs payroll deductions quarterly to ensure accuracy of premiums, working with the payroll team to ensure deductions and arrears payments are up to date.
Completes monthly reconciliations of invoices and billing processes for all benefits vendors and coordinates with AP team to ensure accurate and timely payment.
The ideal Human Resources Analyst should meet the following minimum requirements:
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration or computer systems.
At least 2 years of progressive human resources experience.
Advanced Excel skills.
