Robert Half is recruiting for a prestigious client in search of an IT Audit Manager to play a pivotal role in their corporate internal audit team based in Las Vegas. Your Role: As an IT Audit Manager, you will lead a team, planning, designing, overseeing, and executing IT audits assessing the information systems control environment. This role includes supporting risk assessments, conducting audit work, directing technical audits, ensuring Gaming Compliance, and adhering to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) standards. Expect to interact regularly with mid-to-senior level management to address potentially contentious issues and recommend improved business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategic plans for IT Audits aligning with the company's vision.

  2. Lead all phases of IT audit projects from planning to follow-up.

  3. Assess compliance with regulatory (Gaming MICS), IT best practices, and company policies.

  4. Master a range of IT general controls including application, database, operating system, and network level controls.

  5. Utilize data analysis tools such as Alteryx to support internal audit functions.

  6. Take charge of special IT audit projects and requests.

  7. Provide assistance to management and external auditors.

  8. Assist in the training and development of new staff.

Requirements

• Strong analytical, interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills with business and IT acumen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting or related discipline required

• Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands

• Travel up to 20% may be required
