Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is primarily involved in the commercial real estate investment industry, with a focus on investor relations. The successful candidate will be the main point of contact for all investor communications, conveying the status of real estate investments and understanding the commercial real estate market's impact on these investments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring high-quality customer service and support.

• Effectively communicate with investors to provide updates on their investments, market trends, property performance, and strategic company decisions.

• Manage and update the CRM system to maintain accurate and timely investor information.

• Analyze and understand the commercial real estate market to provide informed updates to investors.

• Address investor concerns with professionalism, offering clear and concise explanations and solutions.

• Prepare and present reports on investor relations activities and investor feedback to senior management.

• Use a variety of skills including CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning among others to perform your duties.

• Handle a variety of accounting functions and budget processes, including expense reporting.

• Stay up-to-date with finance trends to provide the best service to investors. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficient in CapEx, CRM, Data Mining Techniques, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions.

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software is required.

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, and Expense Reporting.

• Demonstrable experience in Finance sector is essential.

• Excellent skills in financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis.

• Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.

• Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.

• Competency in conducting complex numerical analysis and producing high quality financial reports.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Be able to work with minimal supervision and handle pressure.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field is a must.
