Robert Half Office Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada

Description

We are offering an opportunity for an Office Manager in Henderson, Nevada. As part of our team, you will play a significant role in handling various administrative tasks, managing the company's calendar, supporting executive leaders and facilitating various processes related to human resources and operations. This role also includes acting as an HR assistant with payroll and data entry responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and helpful attitude

• Manage the calendar, communication, and email for the company's C-Level Team and senior leadership

• Facilitate the processes for obtaining and/or renewing registrations, titles, permits, and business licenses

• Prepare, reconcile and submit expense reports

• Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner, adhering to retention guidelines

• Order and maintain office supplies

• Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed

• Receive deliveries and sort and distribute incoming mail

• Act as an HR assistant, assisting the HR Manager with payroll and data entry

• Act as an ambassador to new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process

• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Office Manager or Executive Administrative professional role

• Proficiency in Employee Relations is required

• Experience in Administrative Office and Back Office Support tasks is essential

• Ability to coordinate schedules effectively

• Familiarity with handling Registration Forms, Business Licenses, and Building Permits

• Experience in preparing Expense Reports is a plus

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) Administration procedures

• Experience in conducting New Hire Orientations is required

• Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency with HR software and digital platforms is preferred

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion
