Robert Half is assisting an established but growing marketing firm in their search for a Media Coordinator. The Media Coordinator manages all advertisement and production schedules in a fast paced sales environment to insure all campaigns are posted correctly.
The Media Coordinator also manages inventory and coordinates maintenance crew schedules, deploys resources to address issues with digital advertising, provides a high level of sales, marketing and administrative support and assists management in all aspects of business development.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
In lieu of a degree, 4 years of related experience is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in a professional office setting is required.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Google Docs.
Outstanding service orientation as well as excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
Ability to independently set priorities, work with high level of detail and accuracy and reliably complete tasks under deadlines.
