Robert Half International Operations Processor in LATHAM, New York

If so, you might be interested in this role. The primary responsibility of the Operations Processor is to process and manage bank account and transactional information for existing and new members. This long-term temporary-to-full-time employment opportunity is based in the Latham, New York area.
What you get to do every single day
Manages codes, status dates and loan information for reporting as the case may be
Organizes outgoing wires and cashier's checks
Sorts department-specific spreadsheets, reports and reviews monthly scrub reports
Take care of payment corrections and reform billing statements
Organize new loans, loan renewals, extensions and modifications into database
Guards patron confidence by keeping mortgage loan information confidential
Ensures information is accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing documents
Settles and returns verification of mortgage requests
Stay on top of email, voice mail and other communication and return expediently
Familiarize oneself with numerous loan programs and corresponding computer system codes
Reviews reports, monthly payments and accrual adjustments
Plans payoff letters and department invoices
Conducts payments, advances and payoffs
Upholds status and information within processing software system

Knowledge of document management, process transformation, and workflow automation programs - At least 2 years' experience with lending or commercial and/or consumer loan operations
Comfortable using financial institution platforms
You might be a good fit for this position if you have 1 year mortgage experience
Ideal candidate should possess knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets
Check processing experience
Comprehensive knowledge of claims processing
