Robert Half Records Analyst (ABA) in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida
Description We are extending an opportunity for a Records Analyst (ABA) to join our team in Lauderdale Lakes, Florida. Operating within the healthcare industry, you will be focused on processing and maintaining accurate healthcare records, resolving inquiries, and working closely with insurance companies. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and is conducted 100% on-site.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process clinical records and documentation, ensuring a high level of detail.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, insurance providers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
• Handle multiple tasks and deadlines, demonstrating excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Utilize knowledge of ABA therapy principles, treatment methodologies, and regulatory compliance standards to effectively perform job duties.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite and EHR software (e.g., Epic, Cerner, etc.) proficiently.
• Work independently, demonstrating critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt to strict deadlines.
• Maintain a strong understanding of insurance authorization processes and payer requirements.
• Be familiar with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and record-keeping processes.
• Ensure familiarity with insurance lingo such as authorization, in network, out of network, deductible, and more.
• Address customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts, taking appropriate action when necessary. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required for managing financial aspects of record analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is essential for managing client data and interactions.
• Knowledge of Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) is necessary for real-time data exchange between applications.
• Experience with e-Copy software is crucial for handling digital documentations.
• Proficiency in EHR SYSTEM is necessary for managing electronic health records.
• Experience with Appeals processes is needed to handle any disputes or complaints related to records.
• Understanding of Benefit Functions is required to accurately analyze and manage employee benefit records.
• Familiarity with Billing Functions is required to handle all billing-related records and processes.
• Knowledge of Claim Administration is necessary for managing insurance claim records.
• Experience with Collection Processes is necessary to oversee the process of pursuing payments of debts owed by individuals or businesses.
